This role will start off temporary with potential to turn into a permanent position. The Grants and Contracts Coordinator will assist with managing grants and contracts for funded projects, working closely with program, development, and business office staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with grants management and government contracts with excellent attention to detail and communication skills. salary: $28 - $30 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: AssociateResponsibilities Manages the full award cycle for grants and contracts, including award letter review, contract execution, implementation, monitoring, communication with recipients, and closeout. Collaborates with various departments (admissions, development, financial aid, success coaches, and instructors) to ensure grant outcomes are achieved. Collects data and prepares reports to support program development.
