Arranging travel accommodations for candidates when required and processing reimbursement requests. Initiate and oversee candidates through the hiring process by ensuring that applications, new hire paperwork, and I-9s are completed accurately and timely. Schedule and track drug tests and physicals for candidates, and monitor background check results. Skills: 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a related field, with an understanding of the full life-cycle recruiting process, including confidentiality, discretion, and initiative. Expertise in recruiting technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of all steps in the recruiting process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
