Originate, sell, and secure new deals, aligning solutions with C-level client needs. Target annual new business signings ranging from $5 million to $20 million. Leverage and document strong existing C-Level and Executive-level relationships within a target industry. Solutioning & Expertise: Act as a recognized subject matter expert and thought leader in your designated domain (e.g., Business Transformation, Cloud, AI, Data Modernization). Develop compelling proposals and expertly respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Design and architect sophisticated solutions for AI, Cloud, Business Transformation, Application, and Data Modernization consulting and integration projects. Delivery & Oversight: Lead the overall client engagement and deliver high-quality client work alongside senior client stakeholders. Partner effectively with both customers and internal delivery teams. Oversee the successful delivery of the projects you originate and sell, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction. Support identification, pursuit, and conversion of business development opportunities, including scoping and fee negotiation, ensuring profitability and risk containment. Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Build and maintain deep, trusted advisor relationships with client CXOs and senior executives. Lead C-level client interactions, consulting initiatives, deliverables, and deal outputs. Enhance client satisfaction (measured by NPS) and secure client references. Leadership & Strategic Contribution: Lead by example, fostering a culture of continuous personal and professional development, curiosity, innovation, and mutual support within the team. Ensure all outcomes are commercially focused, value-adding, and effectively executed. Utilize industry and technology expertise to shape and drive strategic initiatives. Drive external eminence and innovation, establishing a strong personal and organizational brand. Proactively develop thought leadership and intellectual capital. #LI-AR2 qualifications: Requirements (Must-Haves): Proven ability to sell consulting engagements with contract values ranging from $5 million to $20 million annually, with documented success. Demonstrated expertise in your domain to create comprehensive proposals, bids, RFPs, and solutions for customers. Extensive experience in client engagement and relationship management at the CXO level, with an existing strong executive network within a target industry (ability to document companies where these relationships exist). Ability to sell to new logos and expand business within existing major accounts by liaising across Lines of Business, Operations, and the C-Suite. Ability to provide evidence of contributions to wins over the past five years, including details on contract value, annual revenue yield, and profitability. Deep domain knowledge and proven experience in one or more of the following areas: Business Transformation IT Transformation Cloud / Hyperscalers Application Modernization Data Modernization AI and Generative AI Proven track record of leading and executing complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams in a consulting or corporate environment. Effective financial acumen with experience in driving revenue growth and managing margins. Experience in managing or supporting high-value business development activities with senior stakeholders. Strong ability to drive strategy and contribute to cloud modernization initiatives. Must be located or have extensive experience in New York, California, Florida, Texas, or Pennsylvania, or possess significant experience within the ports or airports sectors. Preferences (Nice-to-Haves): Prior experience leading or advising large-scale transformation programs for clients in areas such as operational excellence, claims automation, risk mitigation, and technology modernization. In-depth experience to help clients navigate Enterprise Transformation, digital disruption, data governance, AI adoption, cloud migration, and cybersecurity challenges. In-depth expertise in either Commercial or Personal Lines (Insurance), with an understanding of the differences in operations and technology transformation. Experience from a "Big 4" consulting firm, or previous "Big 4" experience if currently at a boutique firm.
