Randstad is working with a nonprofit in Cambridge, MA to fill a position managing the HR function. The ideal candidate will have experience in the full range of HR, and be comfortable in a position where they would be wearing multiple hats and supporting multiple functions. This person is the HR provider for an organization of over 100 employees. This is a hybrid position that requires being onsite in Cambridge, MA for a minimum of 3 days/week.
