Update spreadsheets with weekly labor, travel, and miscellaneous hours. Import timesheets into service logs and oversee their accuracy. Track daily start times and manage service technician vacation schedules. Schedule and manage all preventative maintenance (PM) appointments, including sending reminders, coordinating parts, and updating contracts. Schedule new machine installations, communicate with customers regarding tentative installation dates, and manage pre-installation requirements. Update database with new machine models and track warranty calls for various manufacturers. Coordinate with relevant departments to process service technician incentives and track training requirements. Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding service issues, striving for prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
