Potential for additional days if needed. Schedule can be somewhat flexible, but 6am-3pm & 3pm-11pm is standard.  salary: $18 - $20 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: No Degree RequiredResponsibilitiesProduction Support: Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of ice cream products, ensuring quality standards are met. Packaging & Labeling: Operate packaging machines, label products correctly, and ensure all items meet packaging requirements. Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare ice cream products for shipment according to customer and distribution needs. Inventory Management: Assist with stock organization, restocking supplies, and tracking inventory levels. Quality Control: Inspect products for defects or inconsistencies and report any quality concerns to supervisors. Cold Storage Handling: Safely handle frozen goods in a temperature-controlled environment. Equipment Operation: Operate basic warehouse machinery such as pallet jacks and conveyor belts (training provided). Loading & Unloading: Assist in receiving and shipping ice cream products, ensuring accuracy in shipments. Warehouse Organization & Cleanliness: Keep work areas clean and organized, following sanitation and safety guidelines.
