job summary: Global company in Kansas City is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to lead and maintain product registrations and new submissions with the EPA and FDA. The ideal candidate will have an animal science background and a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Toxicology or similar. strong knowledge of US EPA (FIFRA), FDA (animal drugs and food contact), and Health Canada regulations required, as well as previous supervisory experience. Will provide relocation for the right candidate. All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. location: Kansas City, Missouri job type: Permanent salary: $160,000 - 180,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Masters responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Product Management, and Quality Assurance to support a diverse portfolio of veterinary pharmaceuticals and sanitizing agents.Evaluate and approve production documentation, including formulations, raw material specs, and test methods.Lead and maintain product registrations with US EPA, FDA, and Health Canada, including renewals, amendments, and new submissions..Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities and consultants for veterinary drugs and disinfectants Ensure compliance of product labels and marketing materials with federal and state regulations Develop and update Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in accordance with GHS standards.
