job summary: We are seeking a Senior Information Security Analyst to join our Information Security Department. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that Information Security guidelines and procedures are relevant and effective in addressing cybersecurity risks in an ever-evolving threat landscape. As a subject matter expert for all security controls, systems, and platforms, you will work with other Information Security Analysts and stakeholders to review, recommend, and update security controls regularly to stay ahead of emerging attack vectors. Report the status of activities and/or issues on current projects. Provide expertise on security systems, industry best practices, and procedures to protect the enterprise network infrastructure and information assets from intrusion, malware attacks, and unauthorized access. Perform configuration, upgrades, enhancements, and redesigns for all security-related appliances and solutions, including but not limited to SIEM, DLP, NAC, Internet security, mailbox defense, NDR, SSO, vulnerability scanners, DMARC, MFA, and Digital Risk Protection in accordance with established policies and the organization's Information Security program. Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data in accordance with applicable rules and regulations. Provide escalation and oversight support for after-hours security incidents. #LI-AR2 qualifications: 3 years of prior experience in a senior technical role within a security discipline. 3 years of prior work as a Senior Information Security Analyst or in an equivalent role. Preferred: 5 years of cumulative experience in a senior technical security role. Education: Required: Degree in an IT-related field (e.g., Engineering, Technology, Cybersecurity). Licenses & Certifications: Required: Security+ or CYSA (Cybersecurity SA+) ISC2 Certified in Security Preferred: Information Systems Security Certified Practitioner (ISSEP) or equivalent certifications. ISC2 CISSP. Certifications in areas related to MFA, SSO, Cisco, Azure, and Active Directory management. skills: General knowledge of systems maintenance and implementation. Hands-on knowledge and experience as the primary subject matter expert in security system maintenance, enhancements, and system integrations. Hands-on knowledge and experience with system security policies and protections. Preferred: Network maintenance and administration skills. Server maintenance and administration skills. End-user device maintenance and administration skills. Data storage maintenance and administration skills. Active Directory expertise. Subject Matter Expertise in EDR, DLP, NDR, Identity Management/SSO, NAC, SIEM. Cisco Networking, Windows Server, and Mobile Device Security experience.
