Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members. Organize and maintain office filing systems, both physical and electronic, for client records, legal documents, and office materials. Schedule and coordinate appointments, client meetings, and court dates. Prepare and file client documentation, including intake forms, medical records, and case-related paperwork. Assist attorneys and paralegals with administrative tasks, including drafting correspondence and legal documents. Order and maintain office supplies and equipment as needed. Monitor timecards and keep track of employee Paid Time Off (PTO) to ensure accurate records. Ensure office policies and procedures are followed and updated, as necessary. Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process for new employees, including job postings, interviews, and orientation. Ensure employee handbook is reviewed, signed, and stored during the onboarding process. Manage employee records, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. Assist in developing and enforcing company policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to legal and organizational standards.
