An Incoming Inspection Technician with attention to detail and experience in quality inspection, engineering drawings, and documentation practices performs precise incoming material inspections and collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, requiring manual dexterity, MS Office proficiency. location: Austin, Texas job type: Contract salary: $21.54 - 25.00 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Associates responsibilities: Inspect incoming materials against specifications, drawings, and purchase orders.Use attribute/variable measuring equipment, gauges, and functional parts for inspections.Maintain accurate records following good documentation practices (GDP).Identify and report nonconformities during repetitive inspection tasks.Interpret engineering drawings with a high degree of accuracy.Collaborate with production, quality engineering, warehouse, and supplier quality teams.Commcontinuous improvementunicate with suppliers/vendors to resolve documentation or quality issues.Handle inspection tools and small parts with manual dexterity.
