To drive the production process to ensure that the products produced meet customer specification, quality and food safety Ensures that all processing activities are in conformance with product specifications and GMP’s. Assess the needs, provide training to employees and document training Ensure equipment meets productions needs and are working effectively. Works in implementing efficiencies. Ensure accurate production record keeping. Create and cultivate a positive team oriented atmosphere along with the supervisor. Help create work instruction and SOP for the department Instruct training for all employees in the department Communicates personnel issues both negative and positive effectively to the supervisor. Fabricate components and assemble products using various hand tools and power tools. Operate forklifts to transport materials and finished goods within the warehouse. Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows as necessary to meet deadlines. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with management to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
