The SCG Talent Care Coordinator role can/will specialize in one of two key areas: Talent Onboarding or Talent Management. They will contribute to the execution of all work processes of the business unit directly by supporting its specific strategic and operational goals. This position actively supports recruiters in their compliance efforts and ensures that the business unit’s checks and balances are in place. This is achieved by: What you get to do: Participating in hiring process by ensuring branch compliance in processing applications, completing references checks, coordinating external drug testing efforts, completing weekly audits of paperwork, I9, Fed/State Docs, and tracking talent background checks 30% Increasing talent engagement by frequent and intentional verbal and written communication, guiding talent through the onboarding process, and creating excitement for their assignment start date 50% Exceeding client and talent expectations by following Randstad’s Operational Standards and acting as the branch ambassador and partnering with Delivery team to continually improve processes and performance 10% Maintaining talent records in applicable Randstad front office systems as well as electronic and paper records to ensure effective, orderly and legal storage of personnel data 5% Undertaking any other tasks deemed appropriate to this role, as directed by the Operations Manager 5% What you need to bring: Minimum HS Diploma Bachelor’s degree preferred 2 years of business experience or an equal combination of education and work experience required A minimum of one year in customer service preferred Must be innovative in approach, willing to take risks and operate successfully in ambiguous situations ▪ Deadline driven and perform work with a sense of urgency Process oriented with strong attention to detail and organizational skills Develop strong working relationships with all levels Proficient computer skills to ensure accuracy in reporting and recording information Experience in multi-tasking, prioritizing work, and effective time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer service orientation & professional demeanor Ability and willingness to take on operational tasks Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel Proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives This job posting is open for 4 weeks.
